PROTOCOL FOR TEETH CLEANING BY DENTIST (EVERY 6 MONTHS)

1. Call dentist to set up appointment while patient is in our office. If this will not work, have patient call from home and make appointment then call us.

2. Schedule appointment to remove wires for cleaning the day before appointment or just prior to appointment.

3. Make return appointment to replace archwires the day after or just after the appointment with the dentist.

4. When patient returns to have wires replaced, give him 10 tokens.

5. Note on patient's chart and on the schedule these scheduled appointments.
